OKAY I AM READY TO BOOK NOW WHAT?: Contact me to book your session and go over details.  A deposit of $50.00 and a signed copy of the contract agreement are required to reserve a portrait session date. The initial deposit of $50 is non refundable in case of cancellation or no show. Deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours (48) notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated.   If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.  The remaining balance of the portrait fee is due on the day of Client’s portrait session, and is payable before shooting begins.  Portrait sessions that include the disc or flash drive are subject to Pennsylvania 6% sales tax. 

WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE: The price covers pre consultations via email, phone, or meeting face to face, shooting time, travel and set up time, post editing, and fees.  Packages that include prints and/or flash drives will be subject to 6% state sales tax.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE PHOTOGRAPHED: There is no limit to the amount of people in one photograph for outdoor photos.  Indoors studio photos there is a limit of 5.  Also please note the price in the packages are for up to 5 individuals in a photograph.  Each individual after the 5 will have an additional fee $10/person added to the package price.  

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?: For Payment in addition to cash payments I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and personal checks. Payment Plans Orders of $300 or more may qualify for a payment plan.  Payment plans must be completed before the order is submitted or delivered.  Payment plans are set up via credit/debit payments.  

DO YOU HAVE PROPS? I do offer limited props.  I recommend bringing props to your session that you would like to use to make your photos memorable and add a personable touch.  We can discuss the look you would like to achieve and discuss if I have the props available at the time of consultation. 

DO YOU HAVE CERTAIN LOCATIONS YOU USE? I do have go to locations that I have used.  We can discuss the look you are trying to achieve at the time of consultation and choose one of my locations or use a new one that you have in mind.  I’m always up for new locations and traveling.  Traveling fees may apply.

DO YOU HAVE AN INDOOR STUDIO?  I do have an indoor studio which is limited to mostly children and small families.  We can discuss this further during our consultation

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?  I enjoy helping my clients come up with some ideas on what to wear and what not to wear.  WHAT TO WEAR

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?  All sessions will be done within 2 weeks of your photography session date.  For Al la Carte packages an in person consultation to review the proofs will be scheduled within 2 weeks of the session date. The purpose of the review appointment is to make your print package purchasing decision so please plan to bring all the people involved in this decision.  At this time client will then receive access to a private online photo gallery. If client does not choose their prints for their print credit during the session preview they forfeit their print credit.  Flash Drives, Prints, and specialty products will then be ordered and available within 3 weeks of fully paid products. All print and product orders through me must be paid in full before order is placed.  Expedited charges of 50% of total package rush fee will be applied if you want your session sooner than the 2 week turnaround time.  Please keep in mind that unexpected circumstances can change turnaround times.  If this should be the case I would contact you as soon as possible to let you know. 

I HEARD YOUR SHUTTER GO OVER WELL OVER 100 TIMES WHY DIDN’T I GET THEM ALL?  I know you are over the moon to see everything that came out of my camera that day.  However beautiful as they are, there are always those shots that are less than perfect due to blinking, off colors, posing mishaps or other situations out of my control.  It is my process to show only what the highest quality is and I take more photos to ensure that I can provide you with a large amount of these images.  It is not my process to show any images other than those that were chosen as finest quality.  This is my strict policy.  Trust me when I tell you that those chosen were done with care and consideration. 

CAN I HAVE THE UNEDITED AND THE EDITED FILES?   No and for two main reasons.  1) I shoot in RAW format.  More than likely you will not have the program to open the images on your home computer.  2) Editing is part of my style and you will ONLY receive edited images.
